kundalini full moon ceremony

friday, september 14, 2019

Symbolized as a coiled, sleeping serpent lying dormant at the base of the spine, join us on the Full Moon for a kundalini-inspired flow (Kundal means curl). We will move our bodies through meditation, moon salutations, kriyas, and asanas to encourage the kundalini energy to uncoil + ascend through the central spinal channel (Sushumna) to the top of the head.
